Prospectorz is the community where cybersecurity Startups and enterprise Practitioners work together. We treat Practitioners' time with respect and give early-stage Founders a fair shot at the table. We think that makes the digital world a little safer.
Our Story
Built by Startup lifers
We didn't wake up one day and decide to "disrupt" sales. We've lived it.
Our team has spent entire careers in early-stage growth, led by Nick Vann, who went from BDR to CRO over two decades of scaling cybersecurity companies. We have watched the same story play out a dozen times: brilliant Founders struggling to get 30 minutes with a busy Practitioner, and Practitioners buried under a mountain of generic cold email.
So we are using decades of lessons learned (and a few scars) to build the platform we wish we'd had when we were scaling our first companies.

Founder & CEO
Go-to-market leader, entrepreneur and startup investor who has spent two decades turning early-stage cybersecurity companies into category-defining businesses, including Rapid7, Anomali, Vulcan Cyber, Habitu8 and Bolster. Believes culture is the true competitive advantage.
Flavio Bosco
Co-founder & Head of Engineering
Wrote his first line of code at 14 and has worked across the entire stack since, as an independent developer, university professor and lead engineer at PhishFort. Owns the Prospectorz platform end to end, and believes the best engineering is invisible.
